Can I track my order after ordering?
Yes, our orders are 100% trackable, through this page , or by receiving the order tracking number in your e-mail through the links of the courier suppliers.
How do I know if my order has been confirmed?
You will receive an order confirmation email within 24 hours. If you chose to pay by invoice, you will receive an order confirmation e-mail after the money has entered our account. You can find our details here.
Do you offer personalization options for gifts?
If you would like to create a special gift with several of our products, or package differently, please contact us first by phone or by filling out this form .
What delivery options do you offer?
We offer to send parcels with Omniva, DPD and Latvijas Pasta courier.
What are the shipping costs?
You can receive the product with parcels DPD and Omniva (3.40eur) or free of charge in our store.
How soon will I receive my order?
We ship orders within 1-2 working days after receiving payment.
At a busy time, for example, during the pre-holidays, we send out a day later, informing about it in advance!
Package travel time depends on the carrier. Usually, parcels are delivered within 1-2 days after dispatch (except Sundays).
How to send a package directly to a friend or family?
In the order, please indicate your friend's Name and Phone number, not yours. Then we will also send the package to his contacts. An SMS from the package will be sent to him as soon as the package arrives. We do not include invoices in shipments, you will find them electronically in your e-mail after completing the order.
